These striking mirrors are handmade by utilizing metal chains, such as recycling bicycle chains, at a fair artisan workshop on the outskirts of Moradabad, India. The workshop is funded by Noah's Ark, a private NGO. Noah's Ark provides money for raw materials, machines and workshop repairs to about 100 artisan groups across India in exchange for proof that all employees are paid fair wages and work in safe, clean conditions. The NGO also offers free classes in capacity building to its network of 600 artisans, a rigorous quality control check, and runs education and water sanitation projects to benefit the artisans' children and community. Noah’s Ark has established 20 new workshops in the past 15 years, and employees are paid 10-15% above the local rate. Thanks for your support of fair trade Indian mirrors.

• Dimensions will vary but the mirror area is about 5" x 7". There is a vertical easel back to prop the mirror up, or you can hang it on the wall in either a vertical or horizontal orientation.
