To submit a product for consideration, please help us by following these guidelines:

• No Samples
• No Catalogues
• No Drop-in Appointments

Please review the product criteria on our website under Responsibility.

Email us at  product@sustainable-nyc.com with your product images, pricing and information. Each email will be reviewed and replied to.  Thank you!

Shipping Options:

We ship via the US Postal Service and offer the following services:

            *Priority Mail, 2-4 days.

            *First Class International Mail , 10-15 days

We selectively reuse shipping boxes that are in good condition from our suppliers to ship orders in. If you see a box that appears reused, know that it's reuse is saving trees.

Overnight Delivery:

If you need an eco-friendly item immediately, we understand. Please call in any urgent orders to 212-254-5400 or place your order online and then call to confirm.

International Orders:  

We ship our eco-products around the world!  All prices at the site are in US Dollars.

Order Delivery Status:

All items that are in-stock are usually shipped the same day. Occasionally an item will be temporarily out of stock, in this event we will send you an email notifying you of any delays. 

Sustainable NYC Guarantee:

            We want you to love everything you buy from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please return the item unused , with original packaging to us within 30 days of the date you received it. Just tell us if you want an exchange or a refund and we will take care of it!

Return/Exchange Policy:

If something is not exactly what you want for any reason, we will exchange or refund it within 30 days from the date you received it. Just send it back to us at: Sustainable NYC, 139 Avenue A, NY, NY 10009.  Please enclose your packing slip and tell us if you would like an exchange or refund. (Shipping and handling is non-refundable.) For exchanges, we will pay for outbound shipping charges.
